Important Disclosures & Membership Conditions:
- All membership support (document preparation, booking help) is only provided if the IRS or state agencies open an audit or inquiry.
- All support requests must be made in writing.
- Members must certify they have not received any unresolved IRS notice or inquiry that could lead to an audit as of signup.
- Failure to disclose prior IRS communications voids Silverback Strategic Defense’s obligation to defend.
- Annual Recertification: Each year, you can update your tier based on how current your records are. Tiers may only change at recertification.
