Become a Member
If you’re not already a member, join Silverback before you receive any IRS notices so that you’llbe fully protected from the start.

IRS Inquiries & Audit Response
If or when the IRS sends notices or requests, our team steps in. We handle multiple rounds of
communications, confirm your documentation, and prepare timely responses.

Document & Deduction Review
We review your financials to ensure any claimed deductions are backed by relevant IRS tax
code provisions. All required documentation is assembled for a complete defense.

Resolution or Escalation
Most cases are resolved through negotiations or correspondence. If necessary, we escalate to Tax Court if an amicable solution can’t be reached. Our goal is to protect your best interests every step of the way.
Annual Recertification: Each year, you’ll confirm the condition of your records. If your bookkeeping practices have improved or changed, you’ll have a chance to update your tier during this recertification period, ensuring you’re always matched with the right level of support.
